Just ordered a chicken parm with a side of bolognese and received a whole entire PAN. God is good GOD IS GREAT😂🙏🏼 two of the sweetest ladies working tonight as well, very welcoming and held the door for me.
The service is excellent. I took my 78-year-old father-in-law to lunch. He can be a lot, but the servers and staff were accommodating without ever being condescending. They were friendly and patient and helpful, with a gentle touch. Because of his medical issues the server offered to chop up the salad and the pasta. Highly recommended for anyone who is going out for a meal with someone who has special needs. They will treat your right at Casa Mia.
Casa Mia… what a hidden gem! Located in the small town of Hurleyville… real southern Italian cuisine prepared by master chef Anthony Bastogne former owner of el Monaco of White Lake. Opened one week after the Woodstock festival in 1969. Chicken Parm to die for… wow make the trip!!!
Casa Mia is an out of the way restaurant/pizzeria that doesn't look like much on the outside or inside but the food is very good. My favorite dish is the chicken marsala.
The penne with sausage and broccoli rabe is another good dish.
The servers are friendly and attentive.
I have to say the best thing about this place is the staff. The food was good the atmosphere fine but the waitstaff was exceptional. Very attentive, funny without being obnoxious and friendly. Our waitress made us feel like family. I love that! This restaurant is literally a stones throw from my house so it's a go to whenever I don't want to cook. There are other restaurants just as close, but I choose Casa Mia. You can tell they are all working hard at building a successful business and the staff reflects it. My favorite dish here is the broilded pork chops with a side of fresh green beans.
