We found Chris Craftsman online and found the website and example project to be very attractive. We jumped on the phone with Chris and he was very responsive. He also came to our home promptly to see our kitchen area and advise on next steps. Chris's team were professional throughout the process & we are very happy with the end result. Chris & his team does take the opportunity to help you design you space and helps to coordinate visits to the tile, countertop, and appliance vendors to make it easy. As with any project, there were some decisions that had to be made and issues along the way that had to be worked out. Chris was responsive and offered his suggestions of how to handle certain situations. We'd recommend using Chris Craftsman and we would use them again for other projects.

We were thinking about to renovate our master bathroom for a while. Because of the previous unsuccessful experience with our kitchen renovation, we screened contractors with high cautious by filtering out those realtor recommended ones first. We picked three to four contractors based on their google reviews for comparison. In the end, Chris Chraftman best others with a reasonable proposal. To be honest, we didn’t expect very much from them due to limited budget. However, the result is stunning. Please refer to the attached pictures. What I want to emphasize here is that the entire renovation process is very pleasant. Chris and his team had done just a fantastic job from designing, materials to finishing. Very impressive!

Our kitchen renovation is finished and we are thrilled with how beautifully it came out. Chris and his design team created an open floor plan and gave us so much more usable space, we have plenty of cabinet storage, hidden spaces for appliances and so much more counter space.
