Great place, they have a huge selection of tiles, any size, color, type. All kinds of prices, you could spend alittle or alot. They same baths on display. So you get many ideas. Michele our sales lady was wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable gave us some very good recommendations. Helped us put it all together, discussed prices and square footage. Printed it all for us. We had a pleasurable experience, I would recommend "The Tile Shop"

Inside the store I was immediately acknowledged and told that someone would be with me soon. In less than 2 minutes Sean approached me and my daughter and for the next 45 minutes he assisted us in finding the right tile color. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Found beautiful tile and happy with my purchase! Sean was friendly, patient and made a chore feel like a pleasure! Highly recommend.

As a contractor who has been designing and installing tile finishes for over 30 years, I am happy to say that The Tile Shop, Scarsdale is my one and only favorite source. For sure they have a wide selection of quality tile and related products. They provide great value and great customer service. I have been working with them for almost ten years and I’m happy to say that many of the same designers are still there. Everyone is knowledgeable and I love working with Sean and Ji because they never fail to have great suggestions for the many unique high end design looks I need, sometimes (but not always) on a tight budget.
Maybe just as important for me is their commitment to our trade. They host trainings for contractors and our full staff has attended several important hands on, full day workshops. They also have product and vendor specific workshops as well. They continue to provide technical assistance through the National Tile Contractors Association which we ultimately joined as well. I think we have designed over fifty bathrooms by now with Sean Barrett. He is one of the best designers in New York.
