Mom just spent 2 weeks at Cliffside to rehab. The staff were always pleasant, friendly and caring, the case workers made themselves available when I needed them and were helpful and knowledgeable. The dietician made a point of checking for mom's food preferences - mom's doesn't eat much but found the food tasty.

My Mom was at Cliffside for a week. I want to thank the nursing staff who took such good care of her. I know your job is not easy but you were all so kind to my 98 year old mom. The social worker, Michelle was very helpful with the transfer to another facility. I left 1 star out because there is room for improvement in the hallways, dining room and recreational activities. My family complained about one nursing staff that was really rude; so glad I did meet her! All I want to say is that I am grateful to Cliffside for accepting my mom at their facility.
Cliffside's recreation team is the heart and soul of the community! Their creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication to engaging residents in fun activities is truly inspiring. From arts and crafts to live music and bingo, every event is carefully planned to bring people together and create lasting memories. The team is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about the well being of each resident. They've made Cliffside feel like home for my loved one, and I'm so grateful for their hard work and compassion. Five stars isn't enough they deserve a million!
