Let me tell you, some nasty people working at the counter. Bald guy with glasses not a nice guy and I’m a contractor. Time to go somewhere else for our material. Been a customer for over 25 years.

First, I set up a google account just so I could write this review.

Last year, Rob Howard of Comfortzone Quality Cooling installed a Goodman central air system in my home. Less than a year later, the system started to have problems. It would just stop cooling. Every time I called Rob, he responded immediately and did whatever was necessary to get the air working. Each visit, and there were a few in a short time, he patiently and tenaciously tested and retested every component , and eliminated various possibilities to narrow the focus on the problem. I was never charged for his house calls. He finally devoted an entire morning and early afternoon meticulously going over all the unit‘s parts. When the unit had a major malfunction while he was working on it, he determined that it was indeed defective and had to be replaced.

Thanks to Charlie and Justin at RAL, Rob was able to get a whole new outdoor unit within days. Their consideration and professionalism is much appreciated. We are fortunate to have a firm with decades of outstanding service that stands behind their contractors and customers.

As for Rob Howard, his integrity, support and generosity make him one of a kind. I was fortunate and blessed to do business with him.

Jennifer in the RAL Showroom is wonderful!! I need to replace bathroom appliances and she was my guardian angel this week. Brought her measurements of existing sink toilet etc and she guided me on replacement options with patience, style and her expertise. Can’t wait until product arrives and is installed.
