I’m pretty confused why here are so many bad reviews, maybe there is an actual problem with delivering to other states, but for me as a Brooklyn resident everything went pretty well. My order has arrived in 9 days and I’m happy with the products that I received. The only downside that this company should take care of is a lack of communication to the customer. I heard absolutely nothing from the day when I got an email with my receipt. At least the customer service was very nice and explained me the whole process of production this perfume and why it’s taking a while for them to make it. So as I was told I got an email with the shipping carrier pickup notification and shortly the package was delivered.
Pros: fair prices, simple website interface, unique aromas and customer service rep
Cons: lack of communication with the customer, made me worried and that’s why 4 stars

Will never order from this company again. Placed my order nearly three weeks ago and havent received any sort of communication from them since. I have emailed with no response, I have called and gotten sent to voicemail. $50 down the drain as far as I'm concerned.
Edit: I do take back that I'll never order from them again because once the fragrances actually got to me they smell lovely. However I only moved it from 1 to 3 stars because their customer service is lacking.
