Ellenville Family Health Center

By far the best dental experience I have had in my life. Big shout out to Dr. Pierre, very knowledgeable and understanding. All the staff from dentist, to hygienist, to reception is very helpful and caring. They want to help you the best way they can. I appreciate them so much.

While all of the staff that I have experienced at Ellenville Dental have been very pleasant and nice, I'm here to rave about one worker in particular. Erica Santiago is hands down a top tier employee in my eyes and does her job with her whole heart. I came into the office, literally broken down and just felt hopeless and out of touch. Not only did she see my pain and insecurities, she saw ME. I do not think there has been a visit there that I haven't cried at(because of my own personal reasons, not because of staff), she saw that and has gone above and beyond to make my work happen a lot smoother and more quickly. She saw me in tears and took her time to call my insurance, sit on the phone and lay out every reason why my process couldn't wait. She didn't tell me she'll get back to me when she hears from them. She sat with me there and got the ball rolling faster than I've ever experienced. Not once have I felt judged or been made to feel worse. I'd give her a 1000/10 if I could

Every time I come to dental I am very pleased. The entire staff is great and very competent. I speak Spanish primarily and sometimes it's hard with the language barrier. If something is not understood, they call interpretor for me and that shows a lot of respect and means so much, I can't believe how much they about patient care and I see many doctors. Erica is helpful understandable and if she doesn't know something she will find the answer and help me with my dental care. I have never felt so comfortable
If all medical facilities treated the people with as much respect as Ellenville dental does it would be a better place. Highly recommended as I have been coming here for years. I love the entire staff. God bless. Thank you
