Amazinggg care. I have had anxiety during blood pressure reads for 10+ years and somehow the nurse had me so comfortable and laughing that I finally got a normal reading. Dr. Long was so caring and warm and also very clear. I really enjoyed my primary care experience here

Today I had to go to Urgent Care, to get refills until I get a primary provider.

I entered the office which was very very clean, and there were three beautiful, friendly ladies at the front desk.

I need to preface this with the fact that I LOATHE DOCTOR OFFICES, I have a fear of the medical setting due to PTSD from my infant child dying in my arms in a medical setting.
So, going for medical care has always been scary and anxiety - ridden.
Please forgive me for misplacing the names of the staff on duty today, bc I was so stressed with other issues.

The girl who took my insurance info was so pleasant, friendly and professional, answering all of my questions.

The nurse who took my vitals was so incredibly calming and she shared her own experiences with me , thereby reducing some of my anxiety.
The provider who filled my prescriptions was so unbelievably professional, as were the other ladies, caring and concerned, that I relaxed a bit more, which is a miracle for me.

They took some blood, reassuring me all the way.
I got the results hours later by email.
I saw a few bad reviews here and I must say, I cannot relate!!

I give every single medical professional in that office today the highest possible ratings and respect possible!!
I feel comfortable knowing that they will soon be my primary provider when my insurance issues are sorted out.

Please forgive me for not remembering their names individually, but I can assure you, these people here are literally AMAZING 🤩... I really give them props !!
