Express Moving was on time, friendly and the best price by a lot compared to other outfits we looked into. They did a perfect job and very fast. I called this company to help move heavy furniture from my basement up to the main level. They answered my call and gave me a quote that was very fair. I hired them for the job. The workers that came the next day were very friendly and kind. They were very careful with my items. They wrapped everything for me just to bring it upstairs so that nothing would get scratched or knicked. The only recommendation I would make is foot coverings for the shoes. Amazing job.
My move was very short notice when I called after 9 PM the night before my move it was an emergency. They showed up between the time they said and moved my stuff in storage. I was impressed that they were able to accommodate me and accomplished getting things done. Thank you!
Company was great for our move. Protected all our furniture and tvs. Very professional. Giving 4 stars because there was a communication issue with our boxes. They didn’t put any boxes in our quote so they charged us extra. I don’t know who moves with no boxes. But overall great company will use them again if needed
I haven't used their moving service yet but I spoke to them on the phone to ask questions, get information, and inquire about prices. They have incredible, professional customer service and were more than helpful. For customer service alone they rate a 5-star. They also gave me the best hourly quote so far, which is great in my opinion. This quote includes packing only, but that's all I'm looking for, so win-win.
