I’ve been struggling to find a good taco place near Patchogue—it’s been tough! But once I found this place, I haven’t gone anywhere else. The tacos are delicious, the pupusas are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly!
I come all the way from brentwood to eat their steak tacos and their nachos. Their food is Salvadoran so its my personal favorites of food. The chicken/ frijol tamales are on point. I do agree, they can be rude at times but the food is slappin. I have friends that ask me where this spot is located.
Another update:
I won’t be ordering from here anymore. They used to be the best but progressively got worse. Now they don’t even give you what you ordered. Half the ingredients are missing. So disappointed. Will have to find another place.
Update:
Still good but the last 4 times i ordered the food was very dry and i couldn’t even finish it. It went from being the best tacos I’ve ever had to now im not sure i want to get it again.
The chicken tacos were so dry and they haven’t been giving the red sauce they used to give with the rice.
Best tacos I’ve had. Posted a picture of the chicken tacos. So so so so good. The papusas are the best around.
We heard about this place and we really like Spanish and Mexican food. Wow, so much for the price and it's all assembled in front of you. We ordered a chicken burrito (awesome and huge, the chicken was sauteed in front of us, it came with freshly deep fried seasoned fries), 3 meat street tacos (so juicy and flavorful, the carne was sauteed in front of us too), rice and beans (so so so good), and 2 papusas con queso (wow, freshly heated on a griddle). The guacamole is amazing and creamy. It took about 12 minutes to put it all together but to watch it was like watching artists painting a portrait. My wife and I highly recommend this place. It's raw in appearance but majestic in food.
