Getting Your Life On Track LLC

Mrs. Gwendolyn Burris has been remarkably influential in the many years she has counseled me. She has helped shaped my life into the best that it has ever been. Nearly three decades ago, I found myself a divorced young woman with a newborn daughter and no direction in life. My self esteem was bruised and Mrs. Burris encouraged me to be strong in the faith and helped me to be an over comer through many of life’s challenges and difficulties. She was always available to give wisdom, comfort, a kind and gentle word for anything I was going through. She saw my potential and showed me how to tap into and to succeed with positivity. Being in sessions with her you will see improvements in your thinking and be motivated to do great things as you take the necessary steps to better living and thinking. I have a mental disorder that causes me to be depressed and shut off from people - and in her sessions Mrs. Burris helped me to find the triggers and the necessary tools to regain control of my thoughts that lead me down that wrong path. Getting Your Life On Track, LLC has helped me tremendously in my life. After graduation from high school I was at a stand still about what I wanted to do next in my life. I always thought college was out of reach for me due to always being in special education classes and the lack of encouragement from those in my life. In the end I decided to take a gap year.
Within that gap year I sought counselling at Getting Your Life On Track, LLC. It was here my life changed for the better. After speaking with Mrs. Burris I felt encouraged and started to believe in myself. That I'm not all those things that people had said about me (being slow, and not smart, or unable to handle college) and my learning disability. She taught me that I am more than my disability, and that not only can I go to college, but I WILL do well.
Fast forward a few years and I am currently in my senior year of college where I'll be graduating with a BA in Creative Writing. Even making the Dean's List twice. As well as being the first in my family to graduate from college.
I say all of this to show anyone that when you get one person to believe in you and push you to be your best you are sure to succeed. I truly thank Mrs. Burris and Getting Your Life On Track, LLC for all the wisdom, and guidance she has poured into me. I highly recommended anyone who may feel stuck, lost or at a sand still in their life to go to Getting Your Life On Track, LLC. I promise your life will change for the better.

Super grateful for the life coaching I've gotten here! The sessions really opened me up to new perspectives and taught me a lot about myself and what I'm capable of. I was encouraged to go for my Master's degree, among other things, which has opened up doors for me.
