The trainers are all professional and very encouraging. They work with you based on your own strengths and then build up the challenge. I would recommend them to anyone considering a personal trainer. Must add that their hours are conducive to working people as well.
I started coming in right before the summer, and it’s probably one of the best decisions I made for myself. Kaitlyn and the team are extremely supportive and attentive of their clients’ unique fitness journeys. The environment is open and great for both beginners and pros. I couldn’t recommend Transfitnation enough!
It's been a great experience! I started Transfitnation to learn circuit training to add to my gym regimen, but they have taught me much more. They used corrective exercises to help with my posture and form, and I have gained so much more muscle and strength.
At first, I was unsure of what to expect since I have never used personal training. However, the trainers were all very supportive. They did not rush me to do anything I was uncomfortable with, but still pushed me to do my best. They come up with a detailed personal routine that is both challenging but not impossible. Each session I felt more accomplished and confident!
The personal trainers at Transfitnation are professional, friendly and have a team mentality when addressing your goals. They created training programs to address my areas of weakness and strengthen the whole body during every training session. I am extremely happy to have found this place, they work with you at your pace. Every set is focused on building muscles, maintaining balance, and flexibility. I feel great! I would definitely recommend Transfitnation if you want to feel good getting fit, healthy, and stronger.
I am 63 year old woman and I had a weakness in my hip, with muscle release and strengthening, I was able to enjoy a week long backpacking trip because of Transfination personal training !
I've been going to Transfitnation for 2 years. They have helped me to regain my confidence, build core strength and improve my balance. I have always been an active person. Still, I continue to learn from my trainers at Transfitnation. I have lost over 25 lbs and they've made me a stronger, better mother for my 2 sons.
