Stephen and his guys, especially Walter, are great. Knowledgeable, very experienced, energetic, hard-working, prompt, friendly, helpful. They expertly refinished our oak floors. They have the right equipment; little if any sawdust. They work fast to produce a result that is topnotch. Price is wholly reasonable. And they are honest and professional.

Stephen did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. From the start, he was a clear and reliable communicator—he did exactly what he said he would do. When I asked if he could start earlier, he politely but firmly explained that he doesn’t overbook, which gave me confidence in the quality and care he puts into his work.

He walked me through stain options, shared photos along the way so I could see progress, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. The floors came out beautifully, his price was reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

I highly recommend Stephen if you’re looking for someone who does excellent work and stands by his commitments.

Stephen did a great job. He was very professional and personable. We discussed the project and the work was completed as expected. Dust was kept to a minimum and we had hardly any cleanup. Give HVHW a call for your next job!
