This gym is incredible, the vibe, the equipment, the anti-big gym attitude. Absolutely love it. Used to go to LA Fitness but it's constantly packed, filthy, and their equipment is not maintained. Same story at Planet Fitness. I started working out exclusively at home until I finally found this gem. I really enjoy going to the gym again. The icing on the cake will be if this gym can get a sauna!!
Iron Sanctuary is by far the best gym I have ever belonged to.
The owners, Tom and James, have done an incredible job with their equipment selection and overall vision. They are always willing to lend a hand, offer advice, or simply take a moment to have a conversation. They’ve managed to bring the feel of an old-school gym while incorporating modern technology, and the result is something truly special.
The amount of equipment and free weights is unlike anything I’ve seen in a long time. Tom and James are highly respected by all of us, and they’ve created an atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re part of the entire operation—not just another member.
Everyone is respectful and takes care of the space, returning weights when finished. It’s a true judgment-free zone where you’ll see people from all walks of life training side by side.

Honestly best gym around. Can’t say enough with the aesthetic and how clean this gym is. This gym has some of the best machines and the girl at the desk was amazing with walking around showing me everything. Little plus was the tvs had on bodybuilders to give you inspiration rather than the dragging news that most gyms play. This gym was an amazing addition to the area, as rocky point/ miller place has nothing that even comes close.
Gym is impeccable! I can’t not say enough great things about it. When you walk in the staff is friendly and the people in the gym are welcoming and helpful. It’s always clean!!!!!!! Owners are great too. I highly recommend it!
