So just a heads up. This coffee shop is inside the Bayport-Bluepoint Public Library. So if you are looking for it and you pull up to the library like I did yesterday you're in the right place. I have a mission to run in a bunch of towns on LI that are on a list I made off a website. I only have Suffolk county libraries left so yesterday I decided to run in Blue Point and make this coffee shop my parking place for the run. I pulled up and saw it was in the library, I love libraries, I'm a librarian so I was thrilled from the start.
So I took my run and went to the cafe inside the library after. I got chocolate mousse and a bag of coffee. The chocolate mousse was so good, there was a bit of cake inside, it was so delicous a good amount of chocolate.
I tried the coffee this morning and it's great, smooth, makes a great cup of hot coffee and iced coffee.
I think the guy who helped me also has a location in Bohemia on Lakeland Ave, I may have been there but I'm not sure.
Visit this coffee shop inside the library you will have NO REGRETS!
New to the area and was looking for a little nearby coffee spot. What a perfect little place to sit down with a book and get a little reading in or even to stop in and grab a delicious coffee for on the go! Can’t wait to stop in again and try something new!
Calm and relaxed place inside of the Bayport Bluepoint library. Very nice seating and excellent coffee and snacks
Milk was steamed just ok but the Sweet and Salty specialty latte was undrinkable, like the sweetest hot chocolate you can imagine without any espresso taste to balance out. I would save your money
Like a dream come true: who wouldn't want to sip on quality coffee while quietly reading a book at the library? Ordered a flat white and was quickly served. There's a variety of speciality lattes and beans to choose from, snacks and cakes galore. Well worth a visit especially if you're a frequent library patron!
