    Brandon recently service our oil fired boiler. I also complained that there was a lot of fluid sounds in the baseboards because I could hear the water running through the pipes when the circulator kicked on. He fixed that, serviced the burner, and it runs and sounds the best it has in 5 years living here. Brandon was attentive and helpful and very communicative. The man who called to confirm was also polite.

    I left a review about 5 years ago and just recently received a response, 4+ years later. One, thank you for responding! My complaint was factual and in the spirit of just informing your company about the challenges I had in trying to place a request for delivery. The response was defensive, and contained information that was not true. I’d like to ask that you correct your response. 1) you never ever had a payment issue with me because I was cash on delivery. 2) Our driveway is always clear, and you never used our driveway. You parked your vehicles on the road because your hose could reach the house. Perhaps you confused me with another client? Lastly, I would think you’d want to try to keep someone’s business? A good customer who actually has utilized your landscaping services recently for the business I work for? My issue is that you responded to a valid issue by printing false information about my time with your company rather than address my concerns and win back a customer. Do what you’d like, but hopefully you will correct your response and take this as some constructive criticism. Wishing you all the best in your business.
