Veto came out and investigated my generator issue. He suggested a couple repairs and subsequently came back to perform those repairs. He was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very pleased with Veto and EPS and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Eddie arrived punctually, and quickly diagnosed our problem. He gave a thorough, understandable explanation and submitted the appropriate repair request. He was friendly and polite, yet professional and efficient. We again commend the EPS Team on their great communication!
Blake needs hazardous duty pay, he was working throughout the high heat. He was able to complete the tasks necessary, but was very warm so please check on him for heat exhaustion. Thank you
