Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Heat survival. They were beyond patient with me when I came in trying to figure out what part needed to be replaced in my pellet stove. They even offered to test the old igniter to make sure I was replacing the correct part.

Highly recommend this locally owned family business ! They took the time to walk me through my options, suggesting what would work best for my space and worked around my aggressive scheduling request ! Available for questions and follow-ups …. Will be recommending these folks to all that are looking to convert their wood fireplaces to gas !!!

After having a traditional fireplace that never really heated my house, I decided to go with a gas insert. From the first call to HEAT SURVIVAL the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The owner Mike is very knowledgeable and passionate about his business , he guided me to the perfect insert to fit my heating needs. I purchased the Enviro EX32 gas insert and it heats my entire upstairs of my ranch home with no problem and no need for the boiler to run. The staff that came to install my insert was very friendly and well educated in this field. The staff was punctual and kept a very clean work environment. They explained all the instructions in detail while keeping it simple for me to understand on how to operate my insert. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use HEAT SURVIVAL for my heating needs. I will definitely be using them for future servicing on my insert. I LOVE having a hot fire with a push of a button !!

I’d like to thank everyone at heat survival and absolute chimney. Very hard working group of guys! Thank you Mike for getting me completely set up with my new JOTUL! My chimney was so bad it had to be treated twice!! Mike didn’t charge me for the second treatment! He wanted it to be perfectly clean before they pulled off the impossible of getting a 6” liner down an 8” flue with a big offset! They got the liner down and were able to install this beautiful wood stove! I trust these guys enough I left the basement door open for them numerous times when no one was home ha! Told them to make them selves at home! Good group of guys. They work together great! Thanks again Mike and crew!

I recently purchased a Wood stove after insane electric bills. I went to Heat Survival at the recommendation of a friend and I’m grateful that I listened to him. The staff at Heath Survival was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for me. Thanks to Javier the salesman to helped me and to Mike, the owner- who picked up my phone call when I found myself in a jam while installing the stove. Really incredible customer service and if you’re reading this, you can’t go wrong with Heat Survival!
