The work CMM did for us after our water damage turned out nicely. They accommodated our extra need for communication, since we weren't living locally. Wall colors and fixtures were restored fairly seamlessly - like the damage never happened. A few small balls were dropped, likely because insurance delays and supply issues stretched the timeline. But we're satisfied.
My rental property was destroyed by flooding caused by a toilet supply line. My house was torn down to the studs. Thankfully, CMM came in and put it all back together. They completed it on time and on budget. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my property.
The expansion valve on my boiler broke and I had hot water flowing out of my garage. My family room is in the other side of the garage and everything was soaked in my family room. The water traveled into 2 closets. After I called ServPro and I asked Servpro who did they know that could do the reconstruction. They recommended CMM. Mark the construction Mgr came within 1 day to evaluate everything that had to be done. They came the following week and started the reconstruction. It took about 4 days and they did an absolutely PHENOMENAL JOB!! Both the garage and the family room look Absolutely look fabulous! The 3 guys were wonderful, friendly, polite and professional. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again!! Thank You So Much!
I would highly recommend this company for any project that you are thinking of having done. Karen is right on top of things and keeps you very well informed. The worker are need clean and always on time and sometimes even earlier. I have gotten so many complements on the workmanship of the complete kitchen it made me feel good. As I said before I would rate them 5 plus. These are the people you want working in you home. Thank Karen and crew.
Excellent work in our basement that was rebuilt after a burst pipe and water damage. Karen was very patient with all my phone calls and questions and she updated me on everything through each step of the process. The work was done quickly and with precision.
