I don’t usually write emails like this, but I feel it’s important to recognize when someone goes above and beyond. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Joycie at Jo Malone in Roosevelt Field Mall and the experience left me genuinely moved.

From the moment we connected, Joycie displayed not only professionalism but also true care. She patiently walked me through my options despite the store being about to close, she pampered me with a Perrier and even went so far as to engrave my name on the bottle I selected. Funny enough I had just left Neiman Marcus and was interested in buying a fragrance there but was not impressed with their help.

In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this interaction was refreshingly personalized and felt like a true luxury experience.

What stood out most was the sense of trust I felt, knowing I was in capable hands that actually cared. What may seem like a small and regular act on her end made a big difference for me and truly made my day! You now have a loyal customer and I even raved to my girlfriends and family that they must go see Joycie and find a fragrance at that Jo Malone store.

Please extend my gratitude to Joycie; her kindness and attention to detail deserves recognition. Thank you as well for fostering a culture where genuine care for customers shines through.

Stopped by about (1) Week ago to pick-up a birthday gift. Was greeted and assisted by the manager - Joycie & one of the sales associates.
They very professional, kind, polite and patient with me. Sampled a couple of the perfumes to find the perfect birthday gift.

The extra steps that Joycie took to elevate my experience was very wholesome. From walking into the store, sampling, the engravement and the final touches. Was even able to take a few samples home as an additional surprise!

Overall, great experience and was able to walk out more than I originally was looking for. Definitely will be coming back here again.
