Keta Medical Center has been very thorough and professional during my treatment. There is always a Doctor on hand as well as a highly trained staff. They monitor you regularly throughout the 2 hour treatment.
Through ten Spravato treatments my depression has greatly abated. I can’t say for sure it was the Spravato and not the meds I was on. But the fact is I am feeling normal again. At the beginning of treatment I was feeling absolutely terrible.
Exceptional from start to finish—this practice provides the highest quality care I’ve ever experienced. I've been working in the Healthcare field for 15+ years and this practice tops every healthcare experience I've ever had. I go to the New Rochelle location and everyone there is fantastic. Special shout out to nurse Jermaine!!! My psychotherapist Yonit Malena is also top tier. I've been through many therapist and got very little out of my sessions. Yonit Malena has exceeded all expectations!! And to top it all off- I've struggled with depression for the past 5 years after the passing of my mom, been on probably every med possible and nothing work. Since starting Spravato- things have changed drastically. Highly recommended!!!!!
Sarah the receptionist at the New Rochelle location is accomidating, polite, and courteous. She is a wonderful representative for your organization. She is a valuable asset.
Dr. E.K. is wonderful; a true professional. He never fails in putting my health and concerns for me first. He takes his time and really wants to know how I am doing. He is compassionate, caring, empathetic and kind. He never rushes me and always listens. He always addresses my concerns. Some Doctors are born to be Doctors. Dr. E.K. is that human. I'm thankful for meeting him.

Everyone at Keta medical center is so welcoming and nice, they truly make you feel like you belong. The treatments are so relaxing, it gives you a break from your thoughts and the rooms are very relaxing and nice. They also provide you with snacks which is a bonus!
