Luke was able to get to us within two hours of me calling for an urgent leak, after having called ten other plumbers with no luck. I’m very happy I found him. He did excellent work, was thorough in his communication and explanation of the issue and his pricing was more than fair (I was expecting to pay 2x what he charged based on my experience with other plumbers on the island). Needless to say, I will be reaching out to him next time we have a need and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking!
Luke Shea was absolutely great to work with! He was on time, professional, and really took the time to explain what needed to be done. The work was done quickly and neatly, and he left everything spotless when finished. A few months back I used Luke for my office and left a 5 star review yesterday I used him for my own residence and I have to say another 5 stars if I could give more I would..I haven’t had hot water in my kitchen sink for 4 years he fixed it and I’m beyond thrilled and I’ve had a constant banging in the walls anytime the water would run it drove us crazy for at least a year he told me immediately what the problem was and that as well is fixed. Luke is definitely the BEST…highly recommend

Luke came highly recommended. I reached out to Luke on short notice and he promptly responded. He came the same day to assess my boiler after I expressed that it was emergent and that my toddler and I have been without heat and hot water for days after the storm in stony Brook/East Setauket area flooded my basement and damaged my boiler and not to mention destroyed my basement. He came back in 2 days he installed a new boiler exactly like he promised with the best price I could ask for. He was clean, professional, polite and service was fast. I’d use him again in heartbeat and I would honestly recommend him to both my family and friends.
