About a year ago I was admitted to the hospital for the first time in my life for 6 days with Lyme carditis. I was discharged with little direction, basically just a “follow up with your cardiologist”. After 7 months of crippling anxiety and feeling absolutely lost, dismissed by cardiologists, dismissed by other Lyme specialists, I was finally referred to Mary-Beth Charno. She took the time to walk me through my blood work, made sure I understood what was going on and spent ample time letting me tell my story and my lingering Lyme symptoms. She laid out a treatment plan to fit my needs and 2 months in I’m feeling like a new person. We are now working on some other underlying issues that no other doctor bothered to look for. I can’t say enough good things about Mary Beth. My only regret is having not found her sooner.
