Bellhaven Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care

My Mom has been here almost a year, and had been here for rehab a couple times prior. The staff here are incredible. They are so kind and caring. They treat Mom so well. It’s hard to maintain the level of service as I know they struggle with staffing, seems to be the norm in this country. The staff at Bellhaven should be commended for the level of care they provide given the challenges they face daily. Especially given all the different stages of health the residents are at.

My Nanny has been a resident at Bellhaven since March 2025. She’s received such genuine amazing care especially from Marie, Jenn, Martha, Fabiola, Christina, Kim, Caroline, Nicole, Belinda, Jillian, Catherine, and everyone else on B2. They all have been so sweet and supportive to Nanny and our family and are always working so hard to make sure her needs are met and that she is safe and feels at home. Thank you all so very much for all your generous work and being so kind and helpful to us!!

Everyone at this facility treated my mother with the upmost respect and dignity and as if they were caring for their own family member. I could not be more appreciative, grateful, and satisfied with the services that were rendered to my love one. I have had my father and mother in other facilities before and never had such a positive experience as I did here. Thank you to everyone at Bellhaven who worked with me through this very difficult process and always had kindness. Also, a special thank you to Marie on B2 who updated us always on my mothers condition and went above and beyond to care for my mothers well-being. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Nurses… Eileen, Heather and Patrick have been so compassionately caring for our mom!
Doctor Chandrasekaran was totally on point with his treatment plan.
The Nutritionist and PT Chris, as well as all the other staff on hand would stop in regularly, not just to check in on mom, but also to engage and comfort us.
What an outstanding experience we have had!!!

My mom has been here 3 years. I visit 3/4x a wk. this review is for B2 weekday daytime staff including sime weekends when Jillian works.
Jillian is the best in everyway, treats my mom like her own family. My mom is always clean and smiling. It’s not easy to get my mom to smile. It’s not easy putting your mom in the care of others Jillian makes everything OK.
There were two charge nurses prior to Marie. It’s like night and day having Marie is a blessing to all staff and residence. She is personally involved with all the residents on B2.
Jessica is also excellent with the resident very loving and caring making sure they are OK
Many times they are understaffed but always do their jobs wihich is very difficult for all aids with so many needy patients
They really have a tough job. They are abused mentally every day by residence and they handle it very professional and that takes very special people to do what they do every day.
I appreciate the daytime staff on B2 people say it’s just their jobs that may be true, but they really go above and beyond to make the residence & The families comfortable and happy
I also want to shout out to Terry and Collin. My mom comes alive with Collin‘s entertainment all the residents participate in singing and clapping loving his music and Terry is so patient with the residence and helping them with activities that job is made for her. She is so good at what she does
