I got a gift certificate for 8 workouts with Alexis and I have to say it was the best birthday present ever! As some one who is stuck at a computer all day, working out with Alexis has been an amazing change of pace. She builds workouts around your goals and her positive attitude is infectious!
From that start of training with Alexis, I have felt a true connection and sense of trust from Alexis. We started with an honest conversation prior to training and she was able to set up a program that allowed me to workout in a method that challenged myself but also kept me motivated. I was looking for a program that allowed me to build my strength steadily while connecting to my everyday habits. Alexis checks in throughout the week to keep me focused on my goals despite the obstacles life faces. She is honest and wants to know about her clients lives and willing to adjust her program to continue to push her clients and develop a program that naturally fits. I look forward to our sessions and her check ins keep me accountable to keep focused on my goals.
