In today’s Big Box stores with Pharmacies, such as CVS, Walmart, Walgreens and others, I’ve found that establishing a “personalized relationship” with the Pharmacy staff is close to impossible due to their huge size and the assembly line format they use.

The Solution: The Pharmacists and the entire staff at Neighborhood Pharmacy Slate Hill are the Exact Opposite of what
I’ve expressed above 😀.

It’s so refreshing to walk into the Neighborhood Pharmacy Slate Hill and have a staff member greet you BY NAME.

I’m a 73 year old widower and I used to dread going to those Big Pharmacies for my medicine and wait on ridiculously long lines and being treated like “another customer”….when I heard; “Next”.

Now, I actually enjoy going to the Neighborhood Pharmacy Slate Hill to get my medication as the professional staff and Pharmacists who work there will go out of their way to help you with any issues you may have…..try getting that at
CVS or Walmart….,don’t hold your breath.

To be clear, I’m just a customer and I don’t have any ownership or financial interest in the Neighborhood Pharmacy Slate Hill.

However, I feel that when you find an

Al and his staff are friendly and professional! I have been using them for 3+ years and I am in there 2-3 times a month. They almost always have what we need, and if not, they politely let you know it will be there by noon the next day. They will call my doctor to order refills and have always answered all of my questions. Not to mention, the gifts they carry are adorable and of great quality! I have purchased some wonderful gifts there! Highly recommend!!
