Had the pleasure of doing business with this store. We met with Gary (excellent customer service) and bought a beautiful hot tub at a very reasonable price. We’ve been shopping throughout this year, we’ve been to no less than 7 stores and it was very discouraging. The prices for the hot tubs, we were replacing an old one, not at those prices. The entire process went smoothly. The delivery team, exceptional customer service! They did a fantastic job setting up and each team member was courteous, friendly and polite. They were respectful of property and cleaned up everything. Everyone in the store, the same, just a positive experience talking to everyone in the store regarding this purchase. So glad we found this business.
I came across royal pools and spas last year (2024) when i finally decided to install a pool at my home. Laura was and still is amazing. She helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish and continues to be of assistance every time i call or show up with questions and samples for testing. Honey was also a wonderful associate to deal with in regards to scheduling. And Beth was very helpful resolving some minor hiccups along the way. As a matter of fact, so far all the employees at the New Hampton location have been a pleasure to interact with. Definitely recommend their services to anyone in the market for an affordable pool and welcoming experience.

I wanted to thank the entire team at Royal Pools and Spas in New Hampton for their top-notch customer service. We have enjoyed countless hours of family fun in the pool together with our grandchildren. Royal Pools installed an above ground Radiant pool for us back in the summer of 2021. Since then, the support that we have received from the friendly in-house staff has been excellent. Their water testing and treatment program makes me confident that our pool water is always clean and safe for the kids. The staff are always available and take the time to answer all of our questions. I value the customer service after the sale. I want to take a moment to thank the entire team at Royal Pools and Spas.
I like to express my total satisfaction with my experience with Royal pools & Spas. From the moment I inquired about replacing my existing pool to the final installation has been a great experience. They walk you through all your options and take care of any permit issues you may have. There were many items that needed attention and they anticipated these issues with solutions. The installers came on time and removed my old pool and installed the new one in one day without noticing they were there. The cleanup was amazing.
