The only Hot Tub Shop you should ever call! Brian came out to fix our 20 yr old Thermospa and went above and beyond to fix it up! It has not run so good since buying it. He is the friendliest and most knowledgeable Spa guy we've ever met. Only regret is I hadn't called them for previous repairs but will always call these guys moving forward and you should too.

One Stop Hot Tub Shop is an excellent company to deal with. They are pleasant, professional and easy to communicate with.We are extremely happy with the service Brian has provided us with. He repeatedly came to our house in the Hamptons to diagnose and repair issues with our aging hot tub. He just retrofitted our 25 year old tub with a brand new digital system which works great! We are glad to have found an honest, reliable person that provided us with exceptional service. Highly recommend !!

Brian does an awesome job in diagnosing and repairing issues with hot tubs, especially leaks and electrical issues, and has fixed my hot tub multiple times over the years, and always found a solution. His prices are extremely fair and reasonable, and I would highly recommend him as an honest, reliable, and professional service provider for your hot tub needs !
