Great service. Fair price. Helped me with a nagging issue with chain tension + adjusted the pins in chain links to reduce noise -- just a very considerate and thorough job done. Good good good.
A flat rear tire 4.1 miles away on a Friday at 4:15pm just after crossing the bridge into Brooklyn and while on Flatbush Avenue of all places. That weird noise I heard on my back tire turned out to be a tangled fishing hook and line, expertly discovered by Paul’s right hand man Dimitri. When I walked my bike and ton of beach gear back over, I arrived at 6:04pm and I am grateful he waited for me. Flat repaired and he replaced my embarrassingly beat up seat. Thanks for the fix! Five stars.
Another awesome experience here. I brought my bike in to be fixed/tuned etc.After the estimate , I came in to discuss whether it was worth the fix or to buy a new one.. I appreciated the honesty and clear answer. He easily could have convinced me to get a new bike. He encouraged me to get it fixed and I am so excited. It feels like a new bike, just as promised and he saved me a ton of $.

The crew here are great people. The person who helped me was incredibly patient entertaining any question I had while he repaired my bicycle.
