Learning to swim as an adult was very difficult for me. I had tried group swim lessons but I really didn't learn anything. And then I found Rafe & Co. Sports Club, and Coach Aubree. By my second lesson I was treading water, and by the time all of my lessons were completed, I was so comfortable in the water, that I decided to continue with them and take my lessons to the next level.
Best swim school on Long Island hands down. Coach Rob is amazing. The owners coach Joey and Ashley are the best. I am so glad I found this program for my kids because it was the only program that worked for them and us. My kids love it and we couldn’t be happier
I recently booked a private swim lesson at my home with Rafe & Co and had an excellent experience! Ashley made the booking process smooth and worked around my hectic schedule. Aubree was my instructor—she arrived on time, was extremely professional, and made me feel completely at ease in the water. Five stars all around for her expertise and warm, encouraging approach. I’m looking forward to the rest of my sessions!
Our kids loved swim lessons with Rafe & Co! Coach Joey met our kids where they were at - and focused on age appropriate milestones and instruction. Our kids were 2.5 years old and 8-9 months at the time of our lessons. We will definitely be using what we learned this summer and are recommending Rafe & Co to all our friends. I see more lessons in our future - they do surf too!
If you are looking for survival swim lessons for your child - look no further than this review and Rafe & Co Sports Club. My now 2 year old (his birthday was today) is thriving in the water and is super confident. A month ago he was very uncomfortable in not only the pool, but even the bathtub. Now, he gets so excited for pool time. His awareness while in and around our pool is astonishing. The strides he has made in the water since last month are truly remarkable. I owe all of this to Joey. Joey is patient, firm, fun and truly a great instructor. Joey really has a gift for what he does. My son adores him and trusts him in the water. This company is a class act. Even behind the scenes, Ashley is professional, responsive and flexible with scheduling. Survival swim lessons is the best gift you can give your child!
