Rebecca is hands-down the best therapist I've ever had. She's helped me in ways that I didn't even know how to help myself, but with her guidance, she has taught me so much on how to calm my anxiety and center myself. She is an expert at EMDR and helping me cope with my PTSD symptoms and also trauma. I always appreciate how professional she is.
