John and his family are always so attentive and kind. I have purchased several things from them and also used them to sell my gold. They are fair and very competitive in pricing with a terrific selection. I highly recommend them!
I had a wonderful experience at Rose Jewelry. The owner, Tom, was incredibly honest about his gold prices, which I appreciated after shopping around. Tom was also very generous with his offer for my late mother's jewelry compared to other places I've been to. If anyone's looking to sell jewelry, this is absolutely the place to do so.
After visiting a few neighborhood jewelry shops in Queens, I made the decision to bring a family heirloom to Rose Jewelry. Tom was polite and gave his honest opinion on what can and cannot be done while other competitors seemed to be more pushy. At the end of the service, it came out looking better than Beyonce's ring. Tom is the nicest person I have ever met; he was very patient with me and guided me through the entire process with a big smile on his face. His son, Daniel, was equally as amazing as Tom. Imagine my surprise seeing such a well-mannered and polite young man helping me with selecting a wedding ring! Just wish my own son could be more like him...
