We made an appointment with Roslyn Estate Buyers. Let me tell you, this place is precise and thorough in their assessment of each piece. We spent a total of 3 hours with the gemologist.
The gold was separated between, 18K, 14K and 22K, each having a different value. Each group was weighed separately and priced. Everything was so transparent! Some pieces with lots of gem stones, were sold separately and for far more than gold value.
We also had a couple of pieces that he said weren't his market. He told us their value and where to sell them, which we appreciated. He even offered to clean them for us.
