My visit to Sono Bello was a truly pleasant experience. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, the office was spotless and inviting, and Jessica was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!
I recently visited Sono Bello for a consultation, and I was really impressed with the staff. They were all very nice and accommodating, even when I was running a bit late. The consultant I met with was fantastic - she took her time with me, listened to my concerns, and made me feel at ease. I appreciated not being rushed and feeling like she truly understood what I was looking for. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Sono Bello to others.
When I first arrived, the front desk receptionist, Elita was very welcoming. She gave me some paperwork to fill out which I was able to complete in under 10 minutes. When it was time for me to be seen, Jessica the patient care consultant called me to the back and we started the consultation. The consultation was very informative and it answered a lot of my questions and concerns. Jessica was very sweet and very knowledgeable. She saw that I was hesitant and did her best to put my mind at ease. We went over pricing and came up with a plan. It was overall a great experience.
What a great experience! Jessica at the West Nyack office was wonderful! She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all our questions, was super understanding and calmed my fears. She went over options and recommended what I needed, and didn’t push for things I didn’t. Elita at the front desk was also super helpful! These ladies were a pleasure to work with and I can’t wait to see where this journey leads!
