I am always completely satisfied with the service I receive from Steven's 112 Ford. My service advisor, Chris M. keeps me informed and ensures that all of my concerns are addressed. I would not bring my F150 anywhere else.
The service center was professional and thorough. Rob was able to fix my vehicles' complex issue, and explained everything to me in detail. Will return to Stevens112 for service.
Understaffed which leads to many problems. Thankful for the staff who are trying to make it better but some are rude and don't explain much and cause confusion. How long a car will take to be fixed, one saying it will be ready today then you find out (from having to keep calling for a pick up time) your parts are not even in yet. I avoid using the service dept even though I bought my car from there. Recently I had to go there due to a recall. Every time I've brought my car in for service there's been a problem, when I complain they say oh that mechanic is no longer working here. Ive heard that everytime.
Fernando was amazing to my needs and got the brakes completed in my SUV in a quick and efficient manner. He also recognized a recall that needed to be completed, communicated during the whole process until the car was ready. I am extremely satisfied with Stevens Ford and their service department.
