Good prices but parts customer service leaves much to be desired. Got an email that my order has been shipped, checked the tracking to see whats going on expecting it to have arrived, just to see that they have not shipped my order that was placed 4 days prior, just printed a label.. Btw paid 35$ for ups ground to somewhere 30 miles away for a package that weighs maybe 2 pounds. Realistically a 10$ package to ship at most. Feeling a bit ripped off for sure right now.
I've ordered plenty of parts from North Coast before. They usually have the lowest prices, and are thorough in making sure you get the correct parts. However, on my most recent purchase, i spent over $270 of replacement hoses and gaskets, and i wish i had checked the shipping cost before i clicked purchase. $36 to ship a box the size of a shoebox is ridiculous. Not sure i'll be buying from them again.
Such an excellent staff. Very patient with the my car situation. Worked around my hectic schedule. Found the car and the number that i needed. And they delivered an amazing car. Recommend Peter and manager David. You wont go wrong.

Did an online order for side cargo nets for my Subaru. Competitive price and had the lowest shipping of the area dealers. Easy to order online, quick delivery, well packaged. Email updates let me know my order was received and shipped. Would order from here again.
