The Chelsea at Brookhaven

The Chelsea at Brookhaven is a truly wonderful community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to provide personalized care, treating each resident with genuine kindness and respect. The building is bright, beautifully maintained, and feels more like a home than a facility.

My mom passed away a week ago, and I had had her in senior living facility in California and long island then I moved her to the Chelsea of Brookhaven It was by far the best run the most caring people the best food its the four seasons of senior living facilities and I could not have picked a better place for my mother to live the last years of her life. If you have a family member that you really love, you should do the right thing and visit the Chelsea Brookhaven.

My mom is going through a very emotional transition after leaving her home of 30+ years, and we were all feeling overwhelmed and unsure. From the moment we met with Michelle, we felt seen, heard, and genuinely supported. She was incredibly understanding and made my mom feel safe, welcomed, and cared for during a time when she was feeling scared and uncertain.

The entire staff has been kind and warm, and the residents we met were so friendly—it truly feels like a community. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and inviting, which brought us so much peace of mind.

It’s a huge relief knowing my mom will be living in such a supportive and loving environment. We’re so grateful to Michelle and the team for making this transition feel like a positive new chapter instead of something to fear.

I recently returned from visiting my Mom at Chelsea again. Reinforcing my first impressions last year, this is an extremely well run facility with pleasant and friendly staff. Derek Gentile and his staff ensure the facility is clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The communications by Derek through Facebook and emails are thorough, accurate, enlightening and much appreciated since I live in Florida. There are many daily activities for the residents to help maintain a healthy, active, brain-supporting lifestyle. Medical and personal care are also omnipresent. The apartments are equally beautiful and well maintained. Our Mom reports the food is very good , but most importantly, Mom loves it there! We couldn’t ask for a better facility.

My experience with The Chelsea at Brookhaven has been nothing short of exceptional! The care and compassion they provide to their residents is truly heartwarming. Michelle goes above and beyond to ensure that each individual feels at home, safe, and well-cared for from the moment they move in. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive, treating every resident like family.
