Have used Brandt and the Electronics Store repeatedly and he and his amazing technical assistant, Eddie, have always gone the extra mile. They have skill and patience (required when setting up TV service for an older couple)! They offer "old school" customer service which is hard to find these days. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Brant and his team are the best. I called them because we were having issues connecting to speakers in a new house and they realized the problem was with our wifi, which they fixed, then fixed the speakers, and even adjusted a TV mount we were having trouble with. They’re experts, really pleasant and professional, and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t call anyone else!
Brant really does provide the best service. I would only use the Electronics Store. I very rarely write reviews but i always have had excellent experiences when dealing with Brant and The Electronics Store. He's just great to work with.
Brant and his team are just wonderful to work with. He mounted a large TV for me today. He was very accommodating, quick and efficient. I can not say enough good things about him and the way that everything turned out! I highly recommend The Electronics Store!!
