    Great abandoned building but where the hell am I supposed to hang out for fun when they turn it into a resort. Boooooooo

    Awesome location across from the Wallkill River, next to the rail trail. Acres of property to enjoy the peace of nature. All the Hudson Valley has to offer within reasonable driving distance. It's great to see a historical building once abandoned being revitalized.
