Honestly cannot say enough my boys are older now, I remember in 2008 we were looking for a pediatrician my husband and I expecting our first 6 months pregnant and my neighbor recommended Dr vigna... at that point in time being online it gave you some information but word of mouth was Superior when it came to things like this and decision-making on a pediatrician. I worked that Vassar also known back then as Health Quest and heard nothing but good and they were right this is the same doctor that during a snowstorm shoveled that driveway that he had so we can get in at 7:00 at night to be seen because our newborn at the time was ill, he did end up at the hospital but released a few days later thankfully. However I think it could have progressed further and my son could have seriously been in trouble if it wasn't for him going out of his way to do something you won't find in other facilities especially the large conglomerate facilities.
He's literally The Last standing good independent pediatrician who literally cares about your family you will always have access to him it's not like you'll call wait for appointments for days deal with incompetent front staff deal waiting for your nurses to call he does it all and that is rare and that is what I feel has kept the quality of care for my kids Optum, Nuvance etc may look like they're easier to deal with but I assure you they don't care about your Children's Health at all you're another number but when you're dealing with a physician who it's one-on-one all the time then you become a part of that family
Dr. Vigna has been caring for my children for 12 years now. He is truly the best and I wouldn’t trust my children with anyone else! His care goes above and beyond and you will never find anyone who cares more!
Dr. Vigna is simply the best. His care and concern for his patients is obvious in every visit and every call. He never rushes you out the door and listens to every concern and answers all questions. He is pleasant soft spoken and I would not want my kids to see anyone else but him because he is the best around!
There we no words to describe Dr.Vigna's car and compassion. He is simply the best pediatrician a mom could ask for. He's soft spoken and knows pediatric medicine like no other. My son had a heart murmur when he was born And Dr.V caught it right away. My son was also rushed to the ER and Dr.V was right there on the phone with me. We are as dedicated to Dr. V as he is all of his patients. We love him and will never go elsewhere.
I have been with Dr . Vigna for about 7 yrs. He is a great Dr and is personable and treats your children like they are his. We have been thru a lot with my youngest and he was great . I will never go anywhere else if needed I would travel just to bring my children to him. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in search of a pediatrician..
