Amazing Customer Service! The eye exams are thorough and Goya and Dr. Diana are always a pleasure. Both advocated for me when I was having an issue obtaining an appointment with a specialist and made sure I did not leave without that appointment, which cemented my love for this place. It’s difficult to find healthcare providers and workers who truly want to help and go the extra mile for their patients. I felt truly cared for and not like another insurance check. 1000000000/10 would recommend!

I had an emergency, where my glasses were stolen. I was in crisis, as a Therapist who services the community, my sight is imperative. I came in and the entire team was absolutely supportive and empathetic. Evelyn, Jake, Lucy and the rest of the team, ensured that I was taken cared of. Their professionalism and dedication to helping clients was very positive. I even witnessed how Lucy empowered another client to feel great about wearing glasses for the first time. I was seen right away by the doctor in order to resolve my crisis. I was given options I was able to walk away with very much needed contacts. This team is one of the best and their role in our community is very much proven to be of importance. I will continue coming here for my visual needs. Thank you guys!!
