5 stars for Yessi(front desk employee) She’s amazing! Extremely helpful, professional, patient, understanding, caring and goes above and beyond her call of duty. I sat and watched her work ethic as I was waiting to be seen and wow! She’s wonderful! The care and service she provides to her customers/patients is impeccable. She’s awesome at her job! I’ve been here many time and she’s taken care of me countless times, and every time…her service is A+.
On the other hand, my eye exam was great and thorough and the ladies in the back who assist, were all so sweet. Even the doctor, very informative and helpful. But the sales people, jeez, they are VERY pushy to purchase. Even when your insurance covers. They will Push for literally everything under the sun. Today, I was told I needed 4 different things added to my glasses costing an additional $1500 Out of pocket. I hate how uncomfortable it feels to keep being pushed towards a wall after you’ve politely declined their offers multiple times and said you want ONLY what’s covered by insurance. It’s like they hold a grudge after you decline and their lack of service immediately takes place. It’s strange and very awkward and Uncomfortable. They can definitely do better in the sales department.
But overall, love Yessi. This post was suppose to be just for her and how amazing she is. Thank you endlessly, your kind heart Genuinely shows, keep being an amazing worker.
Great customer service especially from Lucy and Evelyn who helped me. They made sure I was satisfied and happy with the glasses. They were nice enough to let me exchange it for another one free of charge and I am now happy with the new glasses. I wasn't happy with the glasses I bought at first because it wasn't comfortable (it hurt my ears and head and keeps sliding down) but I liked how it looked. The prescription was also wrong so they had to redo it. I'm satisfied with the prescription and the glasses is nice and comfortable.
