The most amazing store with such stellar products. We sat and enjoyed the massage chairs and almost didn’t leave LOL! They also have a really wonderful selection of wellness products - books, incense, handheld massagers and even a red light block! Honestly a key find and you can tell everything was curated wonderfully.
Highly recommend! Also the staff were amazing, really kind and didn’t hound us to leave - instead they encouraged us to try the chairs and check out anything we were interested in. True gem!
OH! Grab yourself the Palo santo incenses, they smell YUMMY!
The entire experience was 5 stars. Vincent and Jack were extremely helpful and informative. They took the time to explain the differences between saunas and went through how to use them and health benefits from saunas. They are very professional and personable.
I highly recommend going to see them if you are considering buying a sauna.
Delivery and set up was quick and easy as well!
I was taking my wife for a small trip during Columbus long weekend and wandered into this small town called Beacon. My wife who is a Japanese naturally was drawn into this Sauna store. The store sales person, Jack, gave us a round introduction of all of the Saunas and the benefits of Sauna. We decided to purchase a 4 person TheraSauna which looks great and spacious inside.
At the time of purchase, I wanted to have the Sauna delivered and installed for the price of $750 plus tax. After I got home and did some research and I think I can install the sauna by myself. So I arranged with Jack and Vin, the store manager and rented a U-haul van to go to store and pick up the Sauna. Unfortunately, there are two pieces are too big to put into the van. Jack and Vin are very helpful and generous, they called their store delivery guy and delivered those two pieces to my house right way at store's expenses. I was able to pick up all other pieces to my home.
The assembly looks simple and just need to put 6 pieces together, floor, ceiling, front, back and side panels. But the front and back pieces are heavy. Anyway with the help a strong guy named Santos from Ecuador, we're able to have the Sauna installed.
Jack and TheraSauna technical support.also helped me solve two small issues.
Overall, it is a great experience with Wellness At Your Home. They're honest and respectful!
Hidden gem in Beacon! Jack makes you feel so comfortable and educates you on all the great stuff they have in the store. Their saunas are top notch and have the coolest new technology to help you life a healthier life without the hassle. Stop by the store and try a massage chair!
When I saw this place open up I was so intrigued, I’m big on wellness so I wondered what goodies were inside. Upon entering I was welcomed with a warm smile and a heavenly aroma. They have so many amazing things that can make any room in your home an oasis from the stress of everyday life. They even offer different payment options for everyone and you can try everything, except the cold plunge. Which makes sense. When I left I couldn’t stop thinking about the aroma, so of course I was back the very next day with my fiancé to purchase it and show him all the things I want. I sometimes even just pop in to say hi to Jack and I always bring a friend to show them everything this wonderful shop has to offer. So glad to have them on Main Street!!
