We have loved Young's Farms over the past 40 years- great fresh produce, delicious breads, soups and baked goods and you can always find something unique and special in the home goods. The staff is so attentive and friendly. Last week, add to that list my interaction with Stella, who is fairly new to the Farm. So friendly and sweet. I needed a few items wrapped and she did an amazing presentation. Thank you Stella and look forward to seeing you again.
Great farm. Absolutely beautiful sunflower fields and zinnias!!! The baked goods are delicious and the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Great fresh LOCAL produce. Always worth the trip.
Truly great farm stand. I come in usually twice a month to get my pie fix. The tart cherry crumb is absolutely outstanding. Prices are relatively high but majority of the produce and baked goods are of exceptional quality. My one criticism of the shop is that sometimes the order isn’t packed out correctly. There have been numerous times that I’ve asked for cherry crumb and have gotten regular pie crust. I will still give it a 5 star rating but must state that paying 30 for a pie and getting something different than I ordered is very frustrating. Other than that it’s worth a trip and the indulgence.
Youngs Farm is an absolute delight—a charming, historic spot near Oyster Bay that’s perfect for a weekend visit. Their farm shop is filled with delicious baked goods (don’t miss the cranberry scone—truly the best I’ve ever had), along with pies, cookies, jams, sauces, and fresh local produce.
Beyond the food, they also carry beautiful ceramic cookware, table runners, tablecloths, and all sorts of thoughtful kitchen and home knick-knacks—all at very reasonable prices. It’s such a lovely place to bring kids: you can stroll through the sunflower field or enjoy a laid-back picnic with the goodies you just picked up.
It can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, but the charm and quality more than make up for it. A must-visit if you’re in the area!
Genius. Every small detail is so meticulously thought out. Whoever is behind the business concept and curating is just genius. All the pastries are delicious, literally all of them. The bread is delicious and all around, it’s just a wonderful place to explore. I always have a great experience with the employees. Everyone is very nice!
