I’ve bought two machines from Sawkill over the past couple of years, and their customer service has always been amazing. Clean place, homey feel. Austin has been my salesperson on both occasions, and I can’t commend him and the establishment enough for their professionalism and how easy they make it to be a customer.
I have used Sawkill for small engine repairs and parts for years. I always recommend them. Right before the big snowstorm on 1/25, my snowblower auger snapped. Sawkill prioritized people who needed snowblowers, etc for the storm. They did a great job! Fast service and delivery. All in time to clear my driveway of 20” of snow! Thanks Sawkill!
Great communication and super easy pick up. They loaded it right on our trailer for us. Hard to find a snow blower for a subcompact tractor right before a major storm so this was perfect
As a first time customer, I couldn’t be happier. Austin was great to work with in the purchase of a tracked Ariens snowblower and it was delivered the same day, fully assembled, and placed in the shed! Highly recommend you check them out for power equipment.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that a small local business was able to match the lowest online price I could find and were far less expensive than any of the large box houses. On top of that, they assembled, setup and calibrated my Ariens snowblower free of charge and helped me load it into my vehicle. The snow blower I wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered but it arrived three days earlier than they promised initially. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any purchases of professional and/or residential equipment.
