Ace Van & Storage

We were very happy with the service provided bt this moving company. We contracted with United Van's and Francisco with Ave Van and storage recieved the job.
As we met the packers for our job they did a walk through and then started bringing items out. They were having fun as we could here them laughing at different points but where very efficient and knew what each ones job was.
Addison, Melvin, and Jonathan did the packing up.
When the truck arrived in Virginia it was a Sunday afternoon, Francisco, Melvin, and Wilson took the direction of where items were going. Again they each new the assignment and just started the process of unloading and putting things back together.
This company with there crew were great to deal with. We were nervous about how this process would go as we have never used movers before and have heard the horror stories, but our experience was very positive and we felt appropriate care and communication were applied to us and our belongings.
The move was from Massachusetts to Virginia.
In talking with the crews we found that many of them are related also giving a nice family experience.

Ace Van and Storage just completed an intercity move for us. The loading went very well and didn't take them as long as we'd expected. The crew started working and never stopped.

At the delivery we found that all of our items made the trip without any loss or damage. While unloading the crew relocated some existing furniture to make room for our incoming furniture. They had to cram a lot into our garage but, as I've gotten things put in place, I didn't find any damaged items and everything arrived.

The crew was very personable and great to work with. Everyone did an outstanding job.

We moved three times in a year or so and ace van an agent of united van lines was the absolute best. Furniture was handled with amazing care, delivered on time, no damage and everyone was beyond pleasant which goes a long way when dealing with the stress of moving. We love theee guys and highly recommend them.

A very professional group of people. From calling to get a quote to having our furniture delivered to our new home we were extremely impressed with the people we dealt with. The movers themselves were courteous, careful and congenial,all round a pleasure to deal with! They truly made the entire process much less stressful than I had anticipated. We would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to others

Ace Van & Storage is quality and professionalism at its best! I got several quotes for moving companies before my out of state move. All were pretty much around the same price give or take a few hundred dollars. What made me choose Ace Van is the fact that Tom came out and took physical inventory of our items. Because of this, there were no surprise increases in price- the quote he gave us was exactly what they charged to the penny!!
On top of that, his team came exactly when they said both times for pick-up and delivery. There were no delays. All three men were friendly and professional, and all our items were carefully wrapped and well taken care of. They literally rolled out the red carpet so the floors didn’t get dirty or damaged. No walls were nicked and all the furniture and items were as they were before they moved them. We had very heavy items from our oversized two car garage as well.
