Needed a rebuild of my masonry block garage. Lots of quirks to the site (built into a hill) and use (roof is access to kitchen door). Not only did a great job on the rebuild, but gave great advice on other aspects of the project we were handling on our own. Price was fair and was very transparent all the way through.

George the owner made it very easy from beginning to end. From picking out and delivery of materials to getting a dumpster on sight for keeping the worksite clean of debris, he was on top of it all.
Price was affordable and George was on site to oversee the project. He is conscientious to all aspects of the job and serves the customer well.

Apple Valley Home Improvement led by George Schmidt did a wonderful job managing and coordinating our home improvement project. We had a number of things done. From painting to plumbing, electrical, floor installation, drywalling and ceiling reconstruction it was a great experience. Everyone of the subcontractors were not only professional but really great individuals. They did a beautiful job even when we encountered unexpected issues. George and his team were thorough and very understanding. The finished product is just gorgeous. Not sure if the photos that we posted do justice to the beautiful work and craftsmanship that was completed. The new hardwood floors are fabulous and the waterproof vinal floors look just like wood. The bathroom turned out beautifully and the basement office is a major improvement. The new lights and electrical work are fabulous and the painting is amazing. Every question or suggestion we had was taken seriously and implemented. You can tell from start to finish that the team takes what they do seriously and are true professionals. George was easy to work with and had his team well assembled. We would definitely use Apple Valley Home Improvement again.
