They are very helpful and don't hound you or push you to buy. Very mindful of your budget and wont try to upsell you. Very knowledgeable and would use them again if I needed another mattress in the future. I highly recommend them.
Caroline of CT Mattress was great helping us select a split king bed following surgery. Caroline was so knowledgeable and accommodating, spending a lot of time answering all our questions and addressing all our concerns. I highly recommend them. They specialize in mattresses. It shows.

Bill & Chuck rock! They are super friendly and so helpful! AND they are open to get you what you need when they say they are ... they aren't just a showroom with very limited warehouse hours.
