My husband and I were looking for a new sectional sofa and we always start at Pilgrim Furniture City. We have almost always had a good experience when making purchases there. This time was even better. We had a young man, Elijah who took very good care of us. He did everything right! From the beginning of our experience in looking and finally purchasing our new furniture. We were very impressed with his care for us as customers. Never once pushy, very patient, extremely helpful, very kind and more. Normally we shop around just to compare pricing etc., we didn't even bother to do that. We not only loved what we picked out, but we also wanted him to have the sale. Thank you again Elijah! You are bound to do well!
I had a great experience shopping for our sectional couch at Pilgrim furniture when I entered the store the salesperson introduced himself asked if he could be of any help. We told him we wanted to shop around and get some ideas. He gave us the space to do so when we had questions he came over right away. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. on a scale of one to 10 I give them a 10 and I give the store at 10 for cleanliness and organization.
This is the first time we went here and Matt L was great! He was not the hovering type of salesman, which I think is wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture. Delivery was smooth and during the time they said.
John Destromp was amazing in helping me choose this gorgeous dining room set ! He took the time to go over everything and answer all questions. Very professional! Also huge thanks to Ken R ! Ken is the room decorator onsite and assisted in the fine details with this particular piece I purchased. Thank you John and Ken R ! I highly recommend these two gentlemen!
The most amazing selection and prices. Great sales staff and the manager Sharlene was so helpful and cheerful 😊 My whole house is furnished with pilgrim!!!!
