Today we hired 'POD' packers from McCabe moving and storage. The three men were courteous, neat and professional. They were swift to fill 2 Pods, keeping me informed on the progress throughout the morning. They finished in 2.5 hours. They were so careful not to rough up the furniture or to scrape walls or ceiling while moving the furniture out. We would highly recommend them if you need laborers to help you move!
Follow them on Instagram, they post when they get new pieces in their warehouse. Great place to find high quality furniture (lightly used, even new) for excellent prices. I’ve bought big and heavy pieces from them twice now. Delivery was a breeze.
I found a whole bedroom set solid cherry wood, and it's beautiful. I've been stopping in for a few weeks now looking for furniture that's solid wood and will last. The girl was so helpful. I picked everything up on a Saturday morning she had all the furniture on the loading and even help us get it into my truck. I always find amazing stuff here.
I had never moved with professional movers before, although I had heard many horror stories. But I got a good feel from the moment they picked up the phone. Being the first one I contacted who did local, not long distance only, was a great start. When the crew arrived at 8:45 (original target time was between 8:30 and 9:00 so right on the money), things just kept getting better from there. The three guys, Max, Matt and JoJo, were professional, considerate and careful with everything. None were afraid to ask for clarification or direction, and all three were fabulous. They worked hard, and very were thorough; reassembling what they needed to disassemble, willing to accommodate us with placing items in their respective rooms, and insuring the furniture was right where we wanted it. Pricing was fair, and well worth it in the end. Great job, more than a fair price, and very satisfied.
I bought furniture at McCabes many times! Each time was a wonderful experience.. The sweet girl Jennifer that works there was so helpful and kind. She was very patient with my many questions . The furniture is of very good quality . I get many compliments on them . The movers are very kind also. Helped in any way they could when delivered the furniture.
